I have enjoyed fantastic events with Chris where we have hosted exquisite and extremely rare tasting lunches and tours at Chateaux Lafite Rothschild, Margaux, Mouton Rothschild, Haut Brion, Cheval Blanc and Pavie to name a few. Earlier this year we enjoyed a superb tour of the Super Tuscan Ornellaia's vineyard and winery with the expert team who also manage sister estate, Masseto. This provided a great opportunity to undertake some reconnaissance for future client events in Italy. Watch this space for more details!
Wine and Sport events
At home in the UK, Vin-X is a key sponsor of The Sporting Club and we regularly host our clients at events with their favourite sports icons. We have enjoyed great lunches and dinners with Tour de France hero Mark Cavendish, cricket legends Brain Lara and Stuart Broad, track and field icon, Dame Kelly Holmes, F1 racer David Coulthard, champion golfer Gary Player, Arsenal FC’s Tony Adams, Harry Redknapp and many more. Upcoming Autumn 2024 events include an evening with Kyran Bracken and Jason Robinson OBE.
With a former England Rugby Captain in our team, we have a natural leaning towards the sport of rugby and have a number of fanatics in the Vin-X crew. This Autumn Chris is hosting two intimate dinners at during the Autumn Internationals series in the hallowed venue of the Twickenham Stadium wine cellars.
A very lucky few will get his insight on the England matches against the mighty All Blacks, Australia, Argentina, Fiji, Japan and South Africa, whilst enjoying some superb wine over dinner.
We also look to support charity projects where we can and this month, we are hosting Vin-X clients at the Rainbow Charity Les Misérables Ball at The Dorchester in London.

Our team of expert Portfolio Managers host wine-tastings at our Tasting Cellars in Barton-under-Needwood, near the LCB storage facility where our clients store their investment wines, and at other Vin-X wine bars.
We are delighted to share some great wines whilst discussing our client's portfolio performance in more relaxed surroundings and updating on current market conditions and key opportunities to invest.
